How to subscribe to event notifications?

In Settings - Notifications, admin can subscribe to key events to receive notifications
  1. Staff Birthday: Get notified 3 days before the event and on the same day as the event.
  2. Staff First Aid Expiry: Get notified 3 months, 1 month, 1 week before the event, on the same day as the event, and 1 month after the event.
  3. Staff Police Vetting Expiry: Get notified 1 month, 1 week before the event, on the same day as the event, and 1 month after the event.
  4. Staff Profile Updates: Get notified when changes have been made to a staff member's profile.
  5. Staff Work Anniversary: Get notified 1 week before the event and 1 day before the event


To subscribe to receive notifications when a new event occurs, click into that particular notification, then select the staff members who wish to subscribe using the right arrow to move them over to the subscribed list. Email notifications will be sent to their login emails.
