What can be done in Staff Home Page?
Staff Home Page is a central hub where staff can quickly access key tools and information, all in one place. Please note that to utilise this feature, you need to subscribe to Staff Management as an add-on module.
When a staff member logs into the AimyOne portal, they can access ‘My Home Page’ by clicking their login name in the top right corner.
There are three main functions in the home page: My Calendar, Leave Requests and My Profile.
1. My Calendar: This roster calendar highlights your shifts. The user can switch between day, week, work week and month views.
2. Requesting Leave: Users can apply for leave here. Once submitted, admin users will be notified and can go to the Leave Management page to either approve or decline the request. Different tracking codes can be set up and used ensuring correct logging in Xero or other accounting software.
3. My Profile: Users can view and update their profile details here.
