How to manage subsidy claim batches?
Go to Finance - Subsidy Claim
Draft Claims
Follow the steps below to create a new subsidy claim catch:
- Click '+ New Claim Batch' in the middle of the page.
- Use the available filters to select Site and Program Category.
- Enter the start date, the end date will be automatically populated as claim batches are created for a single week only.
- Click 'OK' to generate the claim batch.
Editing Allocations
Use the 'Edit' option to update rate, weekly hours, and weekly amount.
Allocating Claims
Click the 'Allocate' button to begin allocating each approval within the claim batch.
Use the 'Edit' option to allocate credit notes to invoices, and create standalone credit notes where needed.
