Go to Customers - Notes Manager.
1. Click ‘+ Create New’ to start recording a note.
2. Choose the note type. Currently, you can create two types of notes - Profile Notes or Attendance Notes.
3. Profile Notes: Create a profile related note within the limit of 500 characters, and link it to an account
and one or all attendees belong to that account if needed.
4. Attendance Notes: Create an attendance related note within the limit of 500 characters, and link it
to attendance record(s) by selecting date and attendee(s).
5. Once the note is saved, other staff members with permission are able to leave comments.
6. Profiles notes can be viewed, archived, or deleted by going to the ‘Notes’ tab
under the Account or Attendee.
Staff members can be configured with different permissions for accessing the Notes Manager
as well as the notes section under Accounts, Attendees, and Attendance.
Go to Staff - Permission, click 'Edit' for the permission role to be updated.
Scroll down to the Notes Manager section and assign the desired permissions to the role
by ticking the checkbox(es).
