How to set up transportation?

Creating a Transportation Route

If you organisation offers transportation services, you can use this feature to automate the management of pick-ups and/or drop offs.

Begin with creating a transportation route by clicking 'Create Route' and enter its name and capacity (this capacity applies to the entire route).



Adding Stops to a Route

Once a route is created, you’ll need to add bus stops which are the locations customers select when making a booking.

Click '+ New Bus Stop', then complete the information about this location.
  1. Give it a name that is easily understood by your customers (E.g. ABC Primary School)
  2. Select a 'Type' from Daily, Weekly or Monthly
  3. Enter capacity
  4. Add a price (leave it as $0 if the service is free of charge)
  5. Include a description such as location details or other things to note

Setting up Driver Schedules

To create pick up/drop off schedules for drivers, click 'Scheduler' and follow the steps below.


First, in the calendar, right click the day you want to schedule.


Second, select whether you want to use the default schedule or create a new one from scratch.



The 'Default Schedule' option will automatically add all bus stops to the selected routes based on the original setup.

The 'Start from Scratch' option will show blank routes on the left. Select the site(s) and route(s), then drag and drop bus stops from the right panel to set up a new route.
  1. Click 'Start over' to start the route creation again.
  2. Click 'Reset Default' to add default bus stops.
  3. Click 'Edit' to update capacity if needed.
  4. Click 'Save' at the bottom.
