How To Send SMS?

Onsite staff can get in touch with attendee contacts via text messages.
  1. Open the Aimy Onsite app, click on the SMS icon.
  2. Attendees: choose from Unaccounted, Absent, Onsite, and Signed Out. 
  3. Recipients: choose from Primary Contacts, Emergency Contacts and Other Account Holders. 
  4. Message Content: enter a short text message that is suitable to be sent as SMS. In the next stage of development, commonly used messages can be saved as templates. 
  5. Review Recipients: click to view the list of all recipients to make sure the SMS is going to reach the right people
