How to manage staff compliance?
The 'Compliance' tab provides a central place for recording key information of a staff member's certificates and qualifications, such as the issue date, expiry date, certificate number, any notes and storing the certificate.
Three standard certificates are included: First Aid, Police Vetting, and Qualification (e.g. teaching qualification or driver license). Each section can be enabled by turning it on next to the name.
If other compliance is required, a customised section can be created in the second row.
