How to manage missing signatures?
When a signature is required but not completed, the system records it on the Missing Signatures page for compliance management.
The Missing Signatures page will display before the normal sign-in/out page, requiring the responsible account holder or contact to sign for the missed records.
The page lists attendees with information on the corresponding course, date, booked and actual attendance time. All attendance records are pre-selected so they can be signed in a batch. Alternatively, this page can be skipped.
