How to manage missing signatures?

When a signature is required but not completed, the system records it on the Missing Signatures page for compliance management.

The Missing Signatures page lists all accounts, showing the number of missing signatures and the latest attendance date associated with a missing signature.



When an account holder or responsible contact is ready to sign for the missed records, click the blue highlighted account name, select the correct contact, and a list of missing signatures will show with the attendee name and the date.'

You can select multiple items so that all missing attendance signatures can be signed at once.
