How to group certain attendees for roll call?
This feature is designed to give greater flexibility when it comes to roll call or running headcounts within smaller groups. To create attendee groups, go to Attendance - Attendee Grouping.
1. Click the ‘Create Group’ button in the right top corner.
2. Select a specific programme (course), give the group a name and save it. Optionally, you can assign
a staff member and capacity to this group.
3. Assign attendees to the group by selecting based on gender, age, school year or attendee name, then
select the desired attendees to add them to the group.
4. In the Sign-in/out or the Headcount page, click on the ‘Attendee Groups’ and select from the groups
that have been set up.
